Privacy Policy
We keep the data we collect to a minimum. The site requires no account, does not identify visitors as individuals and never sells data. Below is a plain explanation of what we store and why.
What we collect
Visit records: the address of the page opened, the domain you arrived from (for example google.com), the date and time, and an irreversible hash of your IP address. The hash cannot be turned back into an IP; it only prevents counting the same visitor twice.
Click records: when someone taps a business's "Call", "WhatsApp" or "Call a Taxi" button, we record which business it was for — not who tapped it.
Form data: if you send a reservation request we store your name, phone, date, party size and note; if you leave a review we store your name, rating and comment.
Why we collect it
Visit and click records show us which pages are useful and let us report to listed businesses how many people reached them. Reservation and review data is processed solely to fulfil your request. There is no advertising, profiling or personal tracking.
Who we share it with
Your reservation request goes only to the business you booked. Nothing else is sold or shared for marketing. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) technically sees server logs, which exist for security and availability.
Third-party services we use
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and database, Cloudflare Turnstile for form spam protection, Google Fonts for typography, the Leaflet library with CARTO map tiles (OpenStreetMap data) for maps, Open-Meteo for weather and eczaneler.gen.tr for on-duty pharmacy data. Weather and pharmacy data are fetched by our server, so your IP is not sent in those requests. Fonts, maps and the security check load in your browser, so those providers may see connection details.
How long we keep it
Visit and click records are kept indefinitely for statistics; they contain no identifying information. Reservation and review records are kept until the request is completed or the review is withdrawn, and are deleted on request.
Your rights and contact
You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (Turkish Data Protection Law, article 11). Write to urlarehber@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible. You can use the same address to report incorrect details in a listing.
This is a simplified summary; contact us if you have questions.
