Urla Cycling — Coast and Wine Route

Urla has the right mix for cycling: gentle grades, flat coast, quiet village roads. Routes for beginners and experienced riders.

Coast route (easy, family)

İskele to Çeşmealtı ~6 km flat shore road. Easy with kids. Cafés + ice cream + beach breaks. Round trip 1.5-2h.

Wine route (medium)

Urla center - Kuşçular - Özbek vineyards ~20 km. Mild climb + scenery. Winery stops stretch into full day. One-way Sept-Oct ideal.

Karaburun road (long, advanced)

Urla - Balıklıova - Karaburun direction, 45 km out, hilly. Fit cyclists only. Plan bus/dolmuş return.
